Hey just wondering say in my capital i built a level 20 stonemason, and my resource fields were above 10. If i delete my palace woud this revert the resource fields to level 10 and delete the stonemason??

Good question!! I'd like to know it too!
Because... I'm gonna move my capital to the power base, but my current capital has fields of above 10... I better stop building them up if they're just going to revert...

yes any building specific to the capital will be lost - stonemason will be gone and any resource field above level 10 will go back to level 10
